Reflections: Jun Yang

First Day (Pre-camp)

I find the TCM project interesting because it uses herbs to strengthen the body to fight against sickness instead of providing vaccines like Western Medicine does. I should be able to learn more about TCM and how it works (no project manual yet for some reason). I have no questions at the moment, I will just let them be answered tomorrow~

Today’s plenary sessions:
I learned that you can use corals to tell the history of earthquakes and tsunamis, and predicting earthquakes can help save lives.
I didn’t know that 2D animating actually costed more and that animating require maths!

Nanoscience is pretty cool and may help improve the future and help understand atoms and molecules.
